Privacy policy

This notice explains in plain terms how we process the personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). This is a translation for convenience: in case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

What data we process

• data you give us in the contact and valuation forms: first name, last name, email, phone number;
• data about the property (type, floor area, condition, energy class, etc.) and, if you provide it, its address;
• technical browsing data needed for the website to work and stay secure;
• cookies and tracking tools, only according to the preferences you express in the cookie banner.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

1. To answer your contact requests and enquiries about properties: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
2. To handle your property valuation request: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
3. To comply with administrative or legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
4. To keep the website secure and prevent abuse: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. To send you marketing communications: only with your specific, separate consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Consent is optional, never pre-ticked, not required to obtain a valuation, and can be withdrawn at any time.
6. Cookies and tracking tools: according to the preferences expressed through our consent management platform (Cookiebot). See the Cookie policy.

Who may receive it

Data may be processed on behalf of the controller by parties appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, including:

• hosting, infrastructure, website platform and database providers;
• process automation services (Zapier) used to manage valuation requests;
• providers of real estate management and communication software;
• Cookiebot, for cookie consent management;
• analytics and advertising providers, only after your consent;
• professional advisers and, where required by law, the competent authorities.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Any use of providers based outside the EEA complies with Chapter V GDPR, on the basis of adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other instruments provided by law.

How long we keep it

• Contact and valuation requests: up to 24 months from the request, unless further retention is needed for a contractual relationship, legal obligations or the protection of rights.
• Marketing: until consent is withdrawn, with periodic review of whether processing is still needed.
• Security logs: for the time strictly necessary for security purposes.
• Cookies: for the duration stated in the Cookie policy.

Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at info@gruppofondaco.com or by certified email to bstudiosrls@pec.it.
